Payments
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any event ticket(s) purchased. If no payment is received, tickets will not be distributed and donations canceled.

Donations
United States Hispanic Leadership Institute is a national non-profit, non-partisan, tax-exempt organization. Contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS rules and regulations. No funds are used for political or campaign activities.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Registrations canceled after February 10, 2018 are refundable at 50% of the original value. No-show attendees are non-refundable. Donations may be canceled up until the payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the donor is responsible for payment.
