Information

Registration Fee Includes: Networking receptions; Friday breakfast, lunch, dinner and dance; Saturday lunch, and dance; concurrent workshop sessions, forums, entrance into the exhibit area and closing session. Participants with full registration may purchase Saturday dinner tickets for an additional $15.00 per student and $25.00 per advisor or general participant.

  • The group discount is not available for Advisors or General Participants.
  • Saturday Dinner is available for an additional fee of $15.00 per student and $25.00 per advisor or general participant.
  • Registrations will be refunded if canceled prior to February 11, 2017, and refunded at 50% if canceled on or after February 11, 2017.
  • No-show registrants are non-refundable.

  • All participants who are eligible (U.S. citizens of voting age) must be registered to vote.
  • All information requested on the Conference Registration Form must be complete.
  • Students must be taking 12 or more credit hours and provide a valid student identification number to qualify for "Student Rates".
  • Payment must be received by the applicable deadline. If payments are not received by the deadline, the fee will increase in accordance with the pricing schedule.
  • Purchase Orders must be signed by authorized officials of agencies, universities, and organizations to be accepted.
  • Qualified groups must provide the name, email address, complete mailing address, and telephone number for each group member when they register.
  • All information must be received prior to February 16, 2017. After February 16, substitutions may be made only at the on-site conference registration desk.
  • Participants are encouraged to arrive on time for meals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be refused service.
  • A photo identification is required for all participants at on-site registration.
